Troubleshoot Project Moon Life loading, controls, local saves and mobile play. Learn how to protect your progress before clearing browser data.

The site does not open or finish loading
Check your connection and reload projectmoonlife.net. Try a current browser with JavaScript enabled. If the home page opens but a new life does not, return to Enter the City and retry. A previously loaded free life can continue offline, but a fresh page load needs the site.
Controls or choices do not respond
Check whether time is paused. Press Space or use the on-screen Resume button. Major decisions wait for you; choose an available option to continue. On desktop, keys 1–4 choose an option and [ / ] change speed. On mobile, tap the visible controls and choices; keyboard shortcuts are optional.
A saved life is missing
Open Life archive in the same browser and on the same site address. The free game saves to this browser, not to your Google account; another device or private window has a separate archive. Check the archive filters. If you exported a JSON record, import it from the archive. Clearing site data can permanently remove local saves, so export records before clearing anything. Deleted local data cannot be restored by this site without your backup.
The game behaves differently on mobile
Use the on-screen speed controls and tap a choice. The resident dossier is collapsed on narrow screens; open it to view stats and your seed. Switching away from the tab pauses time. Keep this site’s storage enabled, and export JSON before changing browsers or clearing data.
