Do I need to sign in or pay?
The base game needs no sign-in or payment. Built-in events, careers, speed controls, exports, collections and share cards are free. The optional AI chapter is available separately: it requires sign-in and a one-time $10 AI Pass.
Where is my save?
In this browser, on this site’s origin. Another device or browser has a separate archive. Export JSON before clearing site data. If persistent storage is unavailable, the page warns you and keeps a temporary life until it closes.
What happens in the background or offline?
Time pauses when the page is hidden. A loaded life can advance offline. Loading a fresh page or artwork still needs the site to be available; there is no guaranteed offline installation.
What does sharing upload?
Cards are rendered locally. You choose whether to send them through your device. Seed invitations contain a seed and rules version, not your name or decisions. Anonymous metrics count actions without uploading your story.
